Check Your Access Before Ordering
To avoid delivery issues, please make sure your property can accommodate your sofa before placing an order.
Step 1: Measure your access points
Measure the narrowest points along the delivery route, including:
Front door and all internal doorways
Hallways and tight turns
Staircase width and ceiling height on landings or turns
Step 2: Compare with sofa dimensions
Check the sofa measurements listed on the product page:
Width
Depth
Height
Make sure the sofa can pass through all access points safely.
Step 3: Consider removable parts
Some sofas have removable legs or sections
Modular sofas are often easier to carry in properties with limited access
If you think the sofa may not fit
Even if you believe the sofa may not fit through your access points, our delivery team may be able to dismantle and reassemble the sofa on-site, depending on the model and access conditions.
