Your collection date is arranged through the Clearabee portal after booking.

What to expect

You'll be notified with an estimated delivery date for your new sofa

Once you receive the Clearabee booking confirmation, you can choose or amend your collection slot in the Clearabee portal

Changing your collection slot

You can usually amend the slot via the portal up until the morning of collection

For changes on the day of collection, contact Clearabee directly

Tip

Choose a collection slot that gives you enough time to clear access routes (doors, hallways, stairs).
